Based on your OS and hardware, VirtualBox should pick the best option for your system. You have five acceleration options plus None. The third tab is Acceleration, and that’s the first one to really frustrate me. “Enable PAE/NX” under Extended Features seems to be a Windows thing you can ignore it unless you’re virtualizing Windows.
